Area of Expertise
Having served as General Counsel at the executive level with multiple financial institutions in Southern California, Ms. Wallace provided analysis and legal advice on a wide variety of matters. These included but were not limited to corporate board and executive level matters, litigation, business agreements, credit issues, operations issues, compliance issues, commercial real estate issues, loan documentation, transactional matters, and issues involving human resources.
Representative Clients
Primarily, Ms. Wallace has represented banks and their respective businesses in legal disputes and transactional matters. In addition to her legal career, Ms. Wallace also co-managed Vowell & Wallace, LLC, a California limited liability company that produced the Los Angeles Reader, a
free arts and entertainment weekly newspaper.
Background
Ms. Wallace was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984 and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and US District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
